The Westgate Child Center has rolling enrollment throughout the year in all classrooms. When space is unavailable, a waitlist is created and then students are enrolled from the Center's waitlist. If you would like to apply for our waitlist, we ask that you first schedule a tour of our facilities and then complete a registration form so that your child may be added to the appropriate waitlist. To join the waitlist please complete the Waitlist Formand a $75.00 nonrefundable registration fee is required.
Once you've been notified by a member of the administration that your child has been accepted into Westgate, you will receive information on how to register your child using our online enrollment system. To complete enrollment, the forms listed below must be fully completed and your deposit (1/2 month's tuition) is due to confirm your child's start date. You are also welcome to schedule an enrollment orientation visit with our office. Please Note - Children must be fully potty trained to attend Westgate Child Center.
Required Enrollment/Registration Forms (as applicable):
Annual registration fee for all students: $75 per child/$100 per family
Enrollment deposit: 1/2 month's tuition
*If 30 days written notice of withdrawal from Westgate is provided to the Center Director, then the enrollment deposit will be credited towards the student's last month's tuition. If withdrawal does not meet the 30-day notice requirement, the enrollment deposit will not be applied to the last month's tuition nor refunded. No exceptions.
Before and After School Club Fee: $60.45 per school year
*This covers supplies for club activities for children 5 - 12 years enrolled in the before and after program only.
Annual Summer Camp Activity Fee: TBD
Tuition for 2024-2025
Full-Day Preschool: $1,775.00 per month/$887.50 bi-monthly
Half-Day Preschool: $965.00 per month/$482.50. bi-monthly
Before/After School: $775 per month/$387 bi-monthly
**Family Discount: 10% off oldest children (applies to all programs)
Tuition is not refundable at any time, for any reason.

Late Payment Fee: $15.00/ late payment
Returned Check Fee: $25.00/check
Late Pick-Up Fees (per child) for classes ending at 6:30 (Sunshine, Rainbow, and Little Leaguer Rooms) and Late Pick-Up Fees Form
6:31 - 6:35 pm - $5.00
6:36 - 6:45 pm - $15.00
** After 6:45 pm there will be an additional charge of $3.00 per minute per child.

3:01 - 3:05 pm - $5.00

** After 3:15 pm there will be an additional charge of $3.00 per minute per child.
Late fees will be added to the student's next month’s tuition. Cash payments are no longer accepted.
Repeated late pick-ups may result in possible termination from Westgate.
